Available every Tuesday, this curated menu showcases premium Australian seafood through contemporary Vietnamese cooking. Enjoy six dishes, including Hiramasa kingfish crudo, tamarind calamari salad, lemongrass-chilli glazed Huon salmon, seasonal sides and a light dessert, all designed to share.
